Despite the research, I still have little idea what to make of Gregory Soto. For now, he has the closer role in Detroit, maybe as much due to the blue hair and demonstrative behavior as the ability to close games. He will be of no help to your ratios but as long as Comerica Park remains cavernous and no other closer emerges, Soto can be rostered as a lower tier closer.
